It has always been my vision to create a luxury Hair & Beauty Salon with the focus of delivering an exceptional customer experience, career growth and opportunities, culture and an environment where my team can develop their own strengths.
Since the Loulous Brand was created in 2009, we have gone from strength to strength and we have had some huge successes and wins. During this time, Loulous has flourished with the opening of the Luxurious Day Spa in 2017 to add to the Loulous experience of being able to deliver both Hair & Beauty services in one destination.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, mountain biking exploring NZ and travelling.
Megan Webster
Executive Stylist / Trainer
With my 20 years experience, I never tire of creating new styles and doing colour journeys with my clients from stunning blondes to super bright colours. I love it all.
I also love teaching our up and coming stylists in our academy from the beginning basics right up to the technical side so they can complete their hairdressing finals.
In my spare time, I absolutely love getting lost in my garden and exploring our beautiful country and going overseas.
Any family time is always precious.

Since I have been with Loulous from 2021, I have really enjoyed growing my career in a fun environment.
My passion is with blondes. I love seeing the end result in creating big changes for my clients.
Originally from Auckland and now living in Tirau with my partner.
I love going to the beach and spending time with my friends and family.

I believe in listening to my clients and caring for their hair, to give each client the utmost respect offering a high quality experience.
I have grown up in this beautiful town and I started my career here, forming wonderful relationships with the community.

I am excited to be a part of the Loulous family and get to know you all.
I find hairdressing so rewarding because I get to transform my clients and make them look and feel amazing whilst putting a smile on their face. I love keeping up with what's modern and trending as well as growing my skills with on-going education.
My passion is Blondes and Balayage's.
If I'm not in the salon, I am spending time with friends and family, going to the beach or exploring New Zealand.

I have a huge passion for hairdressing and love when clients come in and leave feeling even better about themselves. Making them feel happy and good is a successful day.
Each day I'm always learning something new or facing a challenge which motivates me and makes me realise how much I love my job and love doing what I do.
I enjoy my family and friend time during my weekends.

I was born in Auckland and moved to Cambridge when i was 5.
My passion for the industry started when I was young. I watched my cousin in her Salon and loved the atmosphere, fun and creativity. She even taught me to apply colour at 10 years of age.
My favourite hair trend has to be extensions - the transformations are amazing!

Over five year's into this role and I wouldn't change a thing.
My voice is the one that you hear when you call to book an appointment or the first face you see as you walk into our luxurious Salon.
I find it very enjoyable and rewarding meeting new people and giving the best customer service I can at each point of contact. I love being a part of the Loulous family.
When I am not at work, I absolutely love spending quality time with my 5 year old daughter going bike riding, swimming and pretty much anything out doors.

I joined Loulous 5 years ago as Salon support. My role is greeting clients, making sure they are comfortable, making teas and coffees, helping the stylists and ensuring the day runs smoothly. The part of my job that I really enjoy is catching up with the clients and making all new clients feel welcome. You’ll hear the girls calling me Gucci. This comes from my maiden name Gooch.
I take pride in providing top customer service and love being a part of the Loulous family.
I am married with 4 beautiful step children and 5 grandchildren who are my world.
